Do they even have cheek cancer?
And I don't think Obama looks funny, he actually looks pretty cool. Which sucks.
McCain looks like he got hand cancer in Nam and then rubbed his cheeks too much.

Yeah, it's a subclass of mouth cancer. I just looked into it and apparently he did have a melanoma growth removed in 2000 :/

Don't you remember during the 2000 election when McCain wore that band-aid all the time? It was from the melanoma.
Also, I think he has a swollen gland in his face and that's what makes the cheek so puffy. Which could be from his former bout with cancer.
But I do want to poke at it whenever I see him.
Obama looks pretty cool, except for his gigantron ears.

He's a little too skinny if you ask me. Other than that and his ears, I guess I don't notice much.
And let's just put it this way, McCain's ugly and I don't vote for uggos.

I always thought McCain's head looked kind of like Mr Peanut.

He ruled so much. Always with the "happy trees."

Obama would be cooler looking if it weren't for that sick mole and the big ears.

I think he looks like a composite sketch
I think you nailed it. That is why he's always looked familiar. "I saw him on the local news last night!"
