Yes, he will still be called the "presumptive nominee" until the convention in August, same with MehCain.

See? I did one too.

Quit acting like you don't support him. You know you do.

I do. I was talking about the "ObaMEH" Joke. It was good.

Why?

I mean fucking why? Oh right, he's black.

Because I don't give a fuck about the government anymore. I gonna ride away on my M109 and live off the land like in Mad Max, Fuck you very much.

Because you don't give a fuck about the government anymore? That's why you support Obama?

I guess that makes sense, I mean Obama is all about smaller government. :eyeroll:

If I was a disenfranchised black guy I'd vote for Obama merely on the grounds of his skin color. Same as if I was a disenfranchised chick who didn't care anymore. Not that there aren't good reasons to have voted for either of them if you support things in common. Who knows maybe we'll get a big voter turn out and get people interested again.

Hmm, I've always considered you more thoughtful than that.

Would you really? Just because they're the same color/sex?

If I there were no merits I wanted in any of the candidates than yes. It'd be self serving in a way and if the candidatew won I'd feel some sense of victory that someone who I had something remotely in common with was president for a change.

Hmm, why not just say "Fuck it, I ain't voting for shit." and sit home then?

I think if I were truly fed up, I'd just refuse to participate out of spite. Maybe voting for the white guy just because he's white would be equally as spiteful, dunno.

I'm tempted not to vote at all this round, I would never just give it to McCain to piss someone else off.

They're all shit.

I don't think it'd be to piss someone off. It'd be to have something in common.

Oh?

Hmm, that's an odd concept to me I guess.

I mean, I have much in common with all them all if you break it into the two choices at hand (sex/race).

I have teeth, they have teeth. I'm human, they're human..arguably.
I have hair, they have hair, etc.

If they stand for nothing I do, I guess I would refuse to stand for any of them.

I think that you may feel slightly different if say we had only had black female presidents. I think that would jade my view.

Speaking personally for me, no.

Not at all. I'd like the good ones and hate the bad ones, just like now.
