If the police don't announce themselves how is one to know they are police? Why is a no-knock warrant served when a no-knock warrant is not required and if it is required why wasn't it served while the guy wasn't at home?

The father and this guy both shot someone they ought not to have shot. In one you excuse in the other you condemn. In one the shooter shared the house with other people. In the other the shooter lived alone.

I think the daughter and father incident was less about who was guilty but more about a tragic accident. Some people were saying that the girl deserved it for sneaking out and others said that you can't blame kids for being kids and she didn’t deserve to die for it.
