I stayed up late to watch the replay of this. I don't really want to type a ton tonight. I thought Mike Huckabee was actually pretty good which was surprising to me.
But I'm going to leave you all with this: Mitt Romney is a douche.
Man alive, I hope he doesn't win the nomination.

That is surprising.
Usually gun nuts like Huckabee get into violent shootouts over disagreements.
Did he at least threaten Anderson with an assault rifle? I didn't get a chance to see it.

No he didn't. He actually admitted that he agrees that the bible isn't true exactly and that some of the stories are meant to be allegorical. He also stated that the reason that Republicans don't get African American votes is because they don't ask for them.
I actually dug quite a few things he said.
However, Mitt Romney on the other hand didn't have an actual answer for any question he was asked. He reminds me of a Republican John Kerry.

Mitt double talks really well and could play the president in a movie better than any of the current candidates. I don't like the cut of his jib though.
I'm starting to like Duncan Hunter, but Huckabee is still my man.

Also, can anyone explain to me what the hell Fred Thompson's doing exactly?
He waited like 6 months to get into the race just to have 0 presence or make absolutely no impact. He's kinda really pathetic.

Got me.
I can't believe people still hold him in such high regard. I mean yeah he does have a very nice looking conservative track record, but that's not gona get him shit if he doesn't actually say stuff.

So, it looks like I'm not the only one who thought Mr. Huckabee was very classy & good lastnight.

Well it goes without saying that I like Ron Paul. I was just surprised by Huckabee.

Everyone shakes their head at McCain though.

I've only seen a little of it so far, but I don't care for Huckabee at this point. He always seems like he's just telling people what they want to hear. So far, I get the impression he's trying to sell us on an image of what we'd like to have as a president instead of on himself and his taxhikes.

So you like what he's saying and just don't believe him?

I don't believe that after being for high taxes for so long, that he's all of a sudden turned over a new leaf because he signed something, no. I'm not sure I've heard much that he's said that I like anyway though I can't recall what he said right now. The deal with selling us on celebrities doesn't help either. It just makes it appear as though he's trying to use other tactics to persuade us instead of any qualifications he could sell us on. I still have to watch the rest of the debate though (I didn't see much at all. Had to study). I liked Romney from the little I saw, though that was the only time I've ever heard anything on him so far.

Well that says it all. Romney. yeeeeuck.

That was based off of about 15 minutes total exposure to him. I liked how he fought back against Rudy, who I can't stand.

Yep, I'm worried about Huckabees little change of heart on taxes too. But I'm less concerned about that than I am Giuliani's sudden change of heart about the 2nd Amendment.
Huckabee has been spot on regarding the 2nd Amendment for a long time.

I don't like Rudy either. I especially don't like Romney.
I'm not saying either that I'm voting for Huckabee or anything, just if you actually get the chance to watch the debate you might see what I'm saying.
I won't actually say who I like the most in these parts because everyone would probably tear me to shreds and I'm not in the mood to argue.

Yeah I did see Rudy get busted on that one as well as a few other things during what I saw.
I'll watch the rest of the debate later this weekend probably, but at this point, I'm not sure I'd even consider more than one of the Republicans.

We know who it is.
And she's your problem, not ours.
