I already addressed this aspect of it.

Fact's are still interpreted subjectively, therefore they are subject to intellectual flaws.

I'm not arguing the definitions of them, only that they're nothing without a mind to perceive them. So a fact once through the mind, though it may be true, is still a perception. A purely subjective perception.

This is not science here. It's politics and everything is subject to interpretation.

It was Man A kills Man B by the way. The context of shooting is a product of your interpretation.

I'm only noting that all facts still must be interpreted and are subject to further interpretation when re-presented in the form of media.

Man A kills Man B as witnessed by HG is an objective fact. So what?
He's now stuck with a truth that's purely subjective as it relates to the reality of others.

His personal level of integrity has everything to do with sharing said fact. His own interpretations will indeed come along for the ride. He can flat out lie if he sees a reason to do so, or he can state the facts. But those facts will always be according to him and nothing will change that. If he gets them wrong, but didn't intend to lie, they're still wrong.

Just as the event holds true, it's only a portion of the story. He is not the two men he is the witness, and no amount of research, good intentions, or outright twisting of the truth will effect that.
